hea prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates intellectual property rights. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are infringed by any content on the Site, please write to hea at the address shown below, providing a statement with specified details. hea will remove any posted submission that infringes intellectual property rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
